- VGVal GutierrezApr 6, 20261.0I stopped by the USPS location today at 4:58 PM, just before their posted closing time of 5:00 PM, and found the door already locked. While I understand closing procedures and am completely fine with coming back another day, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. When I tried to open the door, a staff member yelled at me that they were closed and that I was late. The tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. Customer service matters, even at the end of the day, and this interaction left a negative impression.

Now there’s a problem. You said come get it, and it’s not there. But then, it wasn’t delivered! So upon going back for a second time in the same day, the same employee from before “finds” my package, and has the nerve to say we don’t have time to try to redeliver packages. Sir you are who told me that the first time! No wonder they are failing!
