There was an elderly person who was not sure what he needed to do to get a po box, they were so gentle with him and guided him through the process without interrupting the flow of service. They had him go to a empty window and called another employee to come and assist him in filling out the proper form. I am 75 and I have problems understanding some information on forms. The employees there are very efficient and helpful.
