  Do not get a mailbox here. New management that dont care, all they want is your money. Im always out of town, thats why i wanted a mailbox but they took my money then closed the box without refunding me. Ive tried calling and emailing, neither one answered, multiple times.

  If i could give a negative, I would. They dont answer emails, they dont answer the damn phone. I paid for a year of mailbox service, showed my paperwork that im a damn U.S. citizen, they get new management, dont have the paperwork and tell me I have to show them again. Im an over the road truck Driver, that's why I needed a mailbox. I only go by like twice a year, but they dont care. They closed my box and won't give me my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

  The N Memorial location general manager, Brandon And his staff in store Ciera, are absolutely incredible and have helped me out tremendously and made sure I got the best rate possible! If you have any printing or shipping needs, this should be your go to location! Facility is clean well kept maintained and managed

  Ciara at The UPS Store on 3000 W. Memorial Rd. in OKC gave us excellent service today. She was very friendly, efficient, and professional. What stood out most was how well she balanced everything. She stayed focused on helping us with our somewhat complicated request, while also acknowledging other customers and letting them know they could drop off items without waiting. That helped keep the line moving while still making us feel well taken care of. We were very pleased with the service and really appreciated her positive attitude and helpfulness.

  Literally the WORST UPS experience i’ve had. Went in to ship an already labeled package. The guy working couldn’t scan the bar code. So he said I need to print it on their printer for $1.80. I ask him how to work it and he has ZERO clue and seems to care less. So after about 10mins of trying to get into my google account (because their system will throw you out of it and apparently printing from your phone is too advanced) i print out another one. Bring it back to unhelpful guy and he says it still won’t scan. He asks a co-worker and the guy says “we can just type it in”, so i say “ why couldn’t we have done that from the beginning?” and the other guy (unhelpful one) chimes in and says because the driver won’t be able to scan it. So i of course reply with so you’re going to manually enter the number in but the driver won’t be able to take it??? he said “yep it’s a good possibility” I mean WTH, your whole company is to ship and receive packages, but you’re going to proceed to do something you say probably will be undeliverable. RIDICULOUS
