I had to literally file a complaint about a carrier for theft in order to get a call back about my situation; and even after that, they were no help. This place is an absolute atrocity.

Somehow I felt more positivity and help from a lady who barely spoke English. Someone needs to make that old grouch retire. The mailing service also lost the package
