Unreal that I have to contact my insurance and state agencies whenever I need my cards or documents resent. I can’t get a hold of you smooth brained individuals, and case managers close cases before they’re resolved because “The wind must’ve blown it away!” - an actual response I got for 4 missing redeliveries from a supervisor. Your couriers suck and your management sucks. Everyone here should lose their job. When I had the mail on hold - so I could go pick it up myself instead of the courier losing it - everyone was sitting there chatting about what they were going to do after work. One person ahead of me, nobody behind me. Sad excuse for mail delivery and awful workers. Aaron, you especially suck.

At first I thought our problems with not receiving our mail would start to get resolved after I submitted a claim and got a call immediately from this post office from a manager named Aaron (I think Smith was his last name?). Aaron said they would resolve this by putting a 14 day watch on our mail and he or his supervisor would fill out a form that stated how many pieces of mail we received that day and if there was no mail it would say so and it would be signed and dated and the driver HAD to put in the mail box. That worked for the first couple of days, but suddenly we stopped receiving the forms 07/31+. I am keeping track of every one they give us and checking mail every day. We have had so many issues with our mail going missing and empty promises from USPS and this post office for the past 3-5 years. We 100% do not trust our post office to get our mail to us every single time. We have important medical documents that without we are unable to receive Healthcare, packages dont show up, I recently found out that a check from insurance well over $4000 was supposed to be delivered but never received, the claim system is pointless most the time. About a year ago we put a slip of paper in our mailbox that stated EXACTLY who lived at our address and upon checking recently that paper was removed and all that is left is the card that has only my name. I get other people's mail all the time and i have to put them back in the drop box it seems like every other time I check mail. This post office does NOT answer their phones, I call before close or in the morning or middle of the day, sit on there with it ringing for sometimes 15 minutes at a time, and try again and I get nothing. At this point moving somewhere with a different zip code would be easier than dealing with this post office. What a disappointment.

This branch delivered a package to a parcel locker, then failed to provide me with the key. I notified the 1-800 number immediately who passed it to this local branch. I have now spent two days trying to recover this package. This local branch, who has the sole ability to rectify the situation, doesn't answer the phone. It rings and rings and rings. Edit: The kind neighbor who received my parcel locker key brought me my package. As it turns out, every digit in a Street Number has to match or it's not the correct house. Kudos to the neighbor. To date, the Post Office has not been in contact so I am unable to inform them of the resolution. It seems they just washed their hands of the whole thing.
