As someone whos spent 10s of thousands of dollars with usps im ashamed how RUDE and actually outrageous this interaction went today.. the counter clerk claimed you NEED a name to ship a box and refused to ship my package and argued with me till I told him to give me my packages back immediately.. called me out of my name and actually didnt take a second to listen me and understand USPS actual policies dont require a name... just an address. I dont have some random bass fishing channels first name who made an order.. some folks want privacy.. Went to the piedmont post office and was out in 2 minutes... What a truly awful rude encounter. in almost 12 years of business with usps ive never been treated this way.. Manager saw it all go down and didnt wanna correct the behavior either. Super classy !

- NCNelson CassiAug 30, 20251.0It seems like these people are forced to work there... the service was really poor, the attention I received was very unpleasant... here they have a very unfriendly treatment with the customers, maybe it's because I'm Hispanic, I don't know if it's like that, then we're talking about racism, which is very deplorable and disgusting... I hope that the administration improves its staff and the quality of service, especially the human quality.
