- ASAna Sandoval6 days ago1.0Horrible and rude customer service. The woman seemed nice but unfortunately the man that was there one the one who “assisted me” he was extremely rude and not helpful. Please don’t expect customers to know how to mail things thats what you are there for, if you hate working just retire or quit. I saw he was being cool with other customers, maybe because im hispanic. And this happened about 20 mins ago.
- CWCei WJan 25, 20261.07800 West Hefner Post Office re: Internal Theft I'd like to bring to the attention that Rambling Acres has a Security Breach Theft Problem with packages being picked up for delivery. I spoke to several neighbors who have experienced the same problem. After over 25 years and hundreds of shipments; this is the first time that a package has arrived to the recipient EMPTY. No, it was not a porch pirate because they received the box, just an empty box however. The theft could have only happened in the small mail carrier truck since the Post Office, I am aware has Security Cameras present. The Small Mail Delivery trucks do not have cameras and apparently they need to be installed. I will no longer allow packages to be picked up from my mail box. I recommend that the residents only drop off packages to the counter in the Post Office. An investigation into this matter needs to be conducted.

Emails sent to me your card has arrived NEVER received that one and second one sent out I still haven't received and I know the mailing address is correct I moved here at this address 2 months ago Did a change of address but this Company had the correct address to send it too!!!!! I don't who you have working there or postal worker for this route I've seen different people.I thought the one on 63rd was bad This post office is 10 times worse than them !!!!
