I went on a Friday just before noon and I had to wait about 2 minutes in line, which is not bad at all. My transaction was quick and easy. No complaints there. The parking lot is a little tricky because it's basically a one way, one lane road with angled parking off both sides. This means that when you coming through, you have to watch for cars backing up from both sides or when you're backing out you have to be careful of cars whipping through. I know this sounds silly because you should always watch for cars, duh, but there's always some sort of back up or waiting on someone. Also, be careful pulling out on to Reno. There are often accidents here. Just use caution.
