I was helped by Ashley and she was an absolute gem. Very kind and helpful. I went on a Friday just before noon and I had to wait about 2 minutes in line, which is not bad at all. My transaction was quick and easy. No complaints there. The parking lot is a little tricky because it's basically a one way, one lane road with angled parking off both sides. This means that when you coming through, you have to watch for cars backing up from both sides or when you're backing out you have to be careful of cars whipping through. I know this sounds silly because you should always watch for cars, duh, but there's always some sort of back up or waiting on someone. Also, be careful pulling out on to Reno. There are often accidents here. Just use caution.

Absolutely sucks, every package I've had delivered to me has either been delayed or I have to drive to the post office to "pick up" just for them to tell me it's back on the delivery van and that I should just come by the next day. Fedex is far better
