They lost my package. After my sister in law sent it to be signed. That has the title of my car in it

Ms. Martha should give people the option to do an email receipt instead of telling them they’re going to get a printed receipt. Also they should invest in a self service kiosk that allows you to scan and print labels yourself.

1.) First time WOW, zero greeting. The matron, after asking a question, simply says, it is either yes or no, Not a pleasant lady at all. 2.) Major problems, a birthday card never completed its 500 mile journey. a) My elderly mom needing assistance left off an apartment number, therefore returned. We understand this was our fault. b) we than used a new envelope inserted the original envelope and completed with two “Forever” stamps. P.O. Didn’t like the stamps and returned the envelope. c) We then took envelope and asked why the return. After several unsure responses he suggested adding an extra .36 cents it went out a 3rd time. OH it doesn’t end there!!! d) Two weeks later it was in our box again. Here’s the kicker. They had torn off the P. O. Bought stamp, yes ripped off. Literally this is the WORST post office in the nation. To this day we can’t even surmise what would be an acceptable excuse for their inappropriate and inexcusable behaviors. Next Step is going to be a formal complaint to Washington D.C.

Why do you have a phone number if you are just going to put people on hold for an hour? Quite literally I have never been able to call and have a hold time that is less than 30-45 minutes. It's 2019 and I would like to know why this is acceptable behavior? Just get rid of the phone instead of knowingly just messing with people who have things to do and not be led to think they can call and resolve an issue.
