  This is a horrible post office, I have had my mail lost, it's been stolen, I've had the wrong packages delivered, I've had other people's mail delivered to my address, the mail man acts like he doesn't care and like it's a joke! Like I literally think he thinks it's funny! I saw him laughing wheh i was at the post office complaining about it. You go into the local post office to try and explain and they won't listen or do anything instead they just try and ask you to leave or threaten you. I've even seen it say delivered in or around mail box, excuse me? My mail goes in my mail box period. Not around it! LIKE IT WILL TELL YOU YOUR CARRIER AND WHAT THEY DID WITH IT WHEN YOUR ORDERING THROUGH THESE APPS AND THINGS! The mail man just needs to do his job period. It doesn't matter what company I order on if it's getting delivered through USPS you need to put it in my mailbox and get it to me! Otherwise that is tampering with my mail! Which is a FEDERAL OFFENSE SO JUST STOP MESSING WITH PEOPLES MAIL AND DO YOUR JOB! Really the Post office sucks these days especially for the person receiving the mail because they make you feel helpless. Like if something happens there like oh call this number and they will help you, but there's never a human to talk to and it's always a voice automated robot or AI and there never able to assist you the way you need them to. If you wanna file a complaint you go through the same thing. it's like the United States Postal Service is saying hey we don't care about you or your mail and you can't do nothing about it! But I know there is a way I can and I will figure out how because this Non sense has got to stop! Like you can not be messing with people's stuff that is Illegal! Next time it happens imma try to catch them on Camara doing it. Imma sit outside and wait. Seriously I'm tired of this! It is really immature. It's Christmas time ya'll do you know how many packages get delivered during Christmas? How Many are lost? Stolen? Damaged? Misplaced? Sent to the wrong address? Wrong doorstep? Etc etc etc RIDICULOUS HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT CARE ABOUT THERE JOBS AND THERE PEOPLE HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT YOU CAN TRUST, EMPLOYEES THAT TAKE PRIDE IN DOING A GOOD JOB OR A JOB WELL DONE, HAVE SOME Dignity, RESPECT FOR YOURSELF AND HOLD YOURSELF ACCIDENTABLE FOR THE WORK THAT YOU DO. THINK ABOUT IT THIS WAY! IF I WAS DELIVERING YOUR MAIL WOULD YOU WANT ME TO DELIVER IT TO YOU AND MAKE SURE I PUT IT IN YOUR MAIL OUT OR WHERE IT NEEDED TO GO? MMMM I THINK YOU WOULD. SO TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WOULD WANNA BE TREATED THEN AND STOP MESSING WITH PEOPLES MAIL! The images below are only one example of 1 package getting lost or stolen but since I've lived here I have had many and no one ever does anything about it.That package down below was stolen and I never received it. I've had this happen many times.

  I can honestly say I had a really good experience with the USPS although my address was incorrect The lady on the hotline told me that it would be sent back no matter what- basically I just have to deal with the fact that I’m not getting my package anytime soon. So I came in to this location and one of the gentleman in the front was more than hospitable he assured me that I would get my package. He pulled it for me and left it upfront and told me I can come & get it tomorrow. And he kept his word!! His name is Peter. Great guy. I’m forever grateful for him! Now there’s a lady in there named Bridget she snappy , impatient, borderline unhelpful, and just over all unpleasant. And I debated if I should even put this in the review because she’s probably been like that her whole life and one review isn’t gonna change the way she treats people. But I decided to proceed because she just doesn’t even try to act like she cares explaining things quickly huffing and puffing whenever I ask follow up questions just clearly annoyed. I’m willing to bet I’m not the only one who’s had that experience with this lady. In fact, I think if anybody reads this comment, they will know exactly who I’m talking about. Because I’ve came in three separate times and shes like that to everyone unfortunately. I don’t wanna take away from the great experience that I have had with them, though I spoke with the supervisor John and he’s an action oriented man. He made sure to do some double checking and came up with the solution immediately that I can appreciate that!

  Just stopped in to drop off some mail very friendly staff clean environment. Great asset to the war acres area.

  The window clerks were very courteous, knowledgeable, personable and professional. I expected a long wait, but as pleasant as they were, they were very effective and efficient. I would highly recommend this location.

  They lock their doors at 4:55, glad I wasted my time driving over here. If you wonder why you can’t get respect as a government employee it’s because you can’t do your simple job.
