I normally go to another location because my organization has a PO Box there, but this location is closest to my home. There was an elderly person who was not sure what he needed to do to get a po box, they were so gentle with him and guided him through the process without interrupting the flow of service. They had him go to a empty window and called another employee to come and assist him in filling out the proper form. I am 75 and I have problems understanding some information on forms. The employees there are very efficient and helpful.

This is one of my favorite locations. All of the employees are friendly especially Vivian. I haven't had a negative experience here.

Suddenly my mail in June was put on "hold" without my authorization. Entered an inquiry June 22, my mail was in the "hold" box at the post office, picked it up and resolved. Right? Wrong! Now, July 18, we are not receiving all of our mail! Worst, the mail does not have it on "hold" (unauthorized). Where is my mail? Who authorized changes to my mail? Frustrating. Changes to this post office this year have not been very good regarding our mail delivery.

USPS should be embarrassed by this establishment. Extremely rude workers that do not know anything about their job. Pretty sad when you have to tell a worker how to do their job. Also I have had multiple lost packages, when I ask inside they say they can't do anything or even look into it. I will not be back and do not recommend!
