Guaranteed delivery dates of tomorrow and it arrives 3 days from now despite paying hundreds. Essentially this store did not give them the package until 5 PM despite a drop off time of 10am. After 5 PM, the next day becomes the day after. It is 100% the people at this specific store’s fault according to support every time and they will do NOTHING for you but tell you to take it up with them. Not going here again.

I just don’t appreciate basically doing their job. There’s been numerous times where I walk in, no one else there, but they pointed to the self-help counter anyways.
