- JCJame Connor3 days ago1.0Please look into how your employees handle customers. During my recent visit, the service I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like the staff did not want to be there or assist customers. In particular, one employee with long hair and another employee who was a Black woman were especially dismissive and unfriendly. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day, but the way they interacted with customers left a very negative impression. I hope management can address this and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.

I have taken plenty of returns there without a box and have never had an issue. Today they just refused my returns.

- ECEden CarrollFeb 14, 20261.0Terrible..I tried to take in labeled boxes. This nasty little old lady said I had to do it myself. The label machine didn't work it kept saying denied already scanned. They were so lazy they didn't bother to help. How lazy must you be to not scan pre labeled packages.

I accidentally left my wallet in the store and didn't realize it until later that after. I went back to the store to retrieve it and everything was as I had left it all contents present. I remembered one of them saying as they were helping me. "We got you" and they did!!! Thank you to both, greatful customer S.Johnson
