I have been using this location for pickup and drop off for 6 months now and truly couldn't be happier. The employees recognize me and are so friendly, are always happy to help and explain. 10/10, just what I'd want out of a frequent flyer arrangement.

I clearly said I didn't need express service, but they still charged me for it in the end. The experience was very bad.
