  I dropped by The UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return- I did not have the original packaging which was fine - they scanned the return code and I was done - it was fast service for me and I only had to wait behind 2 customers- This location has always had good customer service even when there is a long line.

  As others have stated, Robert tends to be the most condescending person I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service setting. It’s an every time decision on weighing the convenience of the location versus being lectured and berated on “proper” shipping and packaging techniques.
