  UPS on May Ave is the best! I always get my event posters here; the turn-around time is amazing and they look great every time. Hayden has been helpful getting me checked out quickly and keeping the line moving.

  I had a great experience with the print shop here at this UPS Store location. I’ve actually had a great experience with all the staff here any time I’ve used their services. I appreciate the expertise, speediness, and the quality of product we had printed this time. I had and will continue to recommend this location!

  Normally an okay experience at this location, today I had the displeasure of interacting with the cashier named Susan… I had a print order, she did not greet me at the counter at check-out time, she just stood there staring at me. Then she acted so irritated by me asking if I could quickly double check the order before paying. Then I had to ask her for an envelope and she was irritated again. Instead of getting the normal document envelope, she got a large flimsy envelope and stood there holding it out across the counter while I was trying to hold my toddler and put my credit card away. Absolutely no reason why she needed to have such an attitude and why she needed to stand there impatiently holding out the envelope that she should have offered without me having to ask and she should have placed my documents in herself. Insanely rude and I will definitely be using another location from now on. Susan needs customer service retraining.

  The team at this UPS Store is outstanding! They generously donated materials to support our local 4-H youth programs, and their kindness made a meaningful difference for our members. Their work is always timely and phenomenal, and every interaction with their staff is courteous, efficient, and helpful! Their commitment to serving the community is evident, and I am grateful for their support. I highly recommend this location for both excellent service and its strong community values.
