This is the worst experience ever. I literally went in the store on September 26th to ship an important document to my mom in a very small envelope package for her business and they said next day cost $166 in comparison to $25 going 3-4 days ground shipping max was what I was told and it’s still not there. The last place they recorded it was in Laguna Niguel, CA- but they said it was never scanned so they don’t know where it is and it could be lost and to file a claim but they want the shipping id and transaction id and they never answer their store number for me to retrieve it because their printer is so awful the printed receipt is smushed and light gray and Every-time I call customer service they tell me to go back and when I go to them they say call customer service because they are busy. I’m hoping if I go today it will be found because my mom basically lost 50k because the document did not return in time for insurance to approve. It’s a long story and I meant to go to fed ex but they assured me all will be well and taken care of. I think the person who was helping me was being trained but seems like the women got in his way when he was already doing his work which made it longer than it should have been and than that was that. Now I’m getting calls nonstop from insurance to resolve this. I would not go to this UPS, their packages are defected with cuts and holes, they lost a simple package that I wish I would of just mailed with USPS..they are way better and cost less. I’m really . If you have important documents you can’t trust this location! It’s a mess, sloppy!

I just want to say this is the worst store ever in my opinion. I went to return my package back in May . And somehow after that the employees LOST my package. I’m $200 down the drain all because they lost my package. I reached out to the company where I bought my shoes because that’s what the UPS employees told me to do. Next the company said it’s UPS fault. And I go back and the employee I approached at the front didn’t even try to help me one bit and then try to ask “did you return it to this store?” As if I was lying. I then ask the employee if the camera’s work inside the store to see if maybe it would capture the employee misplacing my item or even possibly stole my item. They were shoes and apparently they were never put into the system to return. The employee began to say the cameras do not work, I’ve never been to a FedEx or UPS store whose cameras do not work. I then ask for the managers number and the employee then said “you can just call in the morning”. I called in the morning and never heard anything back. I go into the store and speak to a different employee who actually tried to help me and gave me the manager number and I finally got into contact with. I had to go to the store 4 times to actually get help. I call the manager and finally speak to her and the only thing she said was she would look into it and she would get back to me. This all started beginning of May and now we are towards end of August and NEVER heard a thing back, they lost my package or possibly the employee stole the shoes because it never got put into the system, security cameras don’t work, manager never reached back out to me. I’m down $200 all because of this. I have called multiple times and went inside the store multiple times. Actually one of the employees told me to leave a bad review so it actually catches someone’s attention. I’m going to hopefully reach corporate because how do you operate like this and promise customers you would find there missing package that was suppose to be returned and then never do the job you promise? I would literally not even give this place a one star, if I could I would only leave a bad review. But nobody understood how frustrated I was. If somehow this doesn’t catch any of their attention then it goes to show they do not care about their reputation. But it’s frustrating nobody helped me with my package.
