  After first being rebuffed by a surly employee at FedEx (in-store) for a simple print job that I was unable to process on my own (online) due to an issue with their template tools, I came to the UPS Store at Memorial and May Ave., looking for help. From the start, Rebecca listened carefully to me with regard to my printing request, and was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. She paid close attention to the details and had the job flawlessly finished and ready to pick up in a matter of a few hours. I am so grateful to have had her helping me…Thank you Rebecca! Keep up the good work:)

  I walked in the door expecting to figure out how to ship my return. The very pleasant young lady at the counter said, "I see what you have" took my box, applied the label, handed me a receipt and told me to have a good day. I'll go out of my way to use this store.

  Hayden at UPS on Northwest Memorial was great, very knowledgeable and helpful, professional, and friendly.Good Customer service is rare but he went up and beyond. Thank you Hayden.

  Worst experience possible with the person that is the notary. He is extremely rude and impatient. There used to be a girl that was awesome before the renovation. I wish she was still working here because the current notary is terrible. Not coming back to get anything notarized here.

  No updated hours, wasted time trying to get to this and another store on time, called to try to see if they were open. No answer and no updated hours on the voicemail, no sign outside and no updates on Google. Absolutely unprofessional. Arrived at this one 15 minutes before closing, no signs or anything. It’s already difficult with work and schedule to make it during hours and then wasted the precious time to actually make it within the hours for no updates anywhere. Edited/added: Came in to finally get this shipped with a prepaid label that needed to be printed - the gentlemen at the counter seemed impatient with me when I asked questions when I came in smiling and trying to be friendly. Then I asked if there was an approximate when the package would arrive and he shook his head. No offer to look up or explanation of he couldn’t find that info. Did not seem to want to be there or help the people in front of them. I’ve never had this happen and I ship a decent amount of packages. Seemed to want to give me minimal information instead of actually help me do this quicker for both our sakes. Normally they can give me an approximate or look up approximately how long it will take. This was an important work package and this location seems to not want to service its clients like some of the others I’ve gone to. Bummer and hope it improves
