In addition, the staff is not well trained and many items arrive damaged due to the careless packing of products into boxes. For example, office supplies mixed in with cases of soda. The weight of the soda crushes the other products. In addition, they place large, sticky labels on top of cases of soda directly over the pull tabs where people put their mouths to drink. They are definitely not committed to excellence or attention to detail. After shopping around for other retail options, I found that most of the products that we order consistently at our business can be purchased at a significantly lower price. I work for a large business in Oklahoma City and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
