  Wanted two office chairs but this location was out of stock. Jonathan, the Mgr, called the Norman store to see if they had two. They did and Jonathan's boss drove them up from the Norman store to this store and Jonathan's team assembled them straight away and both chairs were ready for pick up this afternoon. Great Customer Service!

  Terrible service. Store was almost dead empty, employee did not start printing out online order until we arrived. Told us it would be 15mins kept us for over 30. I arrived late to my appointment because of this. I will not be using staples again for anything business related in the future. What was the point of having an online order if it doesn't get started until you arrive? I live over an hour away. This is unacceptable.

  The print staff at this Staples has been nothing short of amazing. I'm not sure if I'm spelling their names right? But tristan and Alisha, especially, were very compassionate and helpful towards me in the worst time of my life. Staples has earned my business forever.

  Do not go here for TSA precheck they will waste your time and tell you to come back later. Came 2 days in a row, my paperwork was filled out online. All they had to do was scan my passport and take fingerprints. Terrible customer service. Just go to the airport they will get it done in 10 mins.

  I received extremely miscut business cards. I asked about them being redone and all he employee could tell me was that it wouldn't matter because the machine was messed up.
