- AKAustin KelleyDec 29, 20251.0On December 29th around 6:40 p.m., I walked in with a phone I was going to return from Amazon and the lady at the cashier said how can I help you, which is expected, but she asked it in a what are you doing here kind of way. Then she tells me I can come back tomorrow because they don't have any labels. What she didn't realize is there's printers in the store, so she could have printed it. She just didn't want to. I'm not going to even think about coming back here for a return or for shopping for a very long time. Hopefully management addresses the issue. Then again that kind of customer service might be the reason why the parking lot never looks busy when I go by.

She did not greet me and was very aggressive when talking to me she really doesn’t know what she’s doing. I had 3 returns and she yelled at me and said I was returning the wrong item, I tried explaining to her that it was one dress only, that I wasn’t going to return the other item and she cut me off by yelling at me, I told her you are being rude and yelled back saying she wasn’t being rude. Very unprofessional will be taking my business elsewhere.

My grandma who can barely walk could get that place running better than the people who are doing it now. I had an appointment for 12:40 to get my tsa pre check done and they told me to come back at 1:45 and they still were not there because people just call in sick whenever they want and don’t show up for a company like this. Ended up just leaving because I wasn’t going to wait a hour in a half. I never get on here and write these, but this is the worst business I have ever walked into and the worst way of management I have ever laid my eyes on. Blows my mind you guys run this multi billion dollar business this bad. You guys are terrible. Learn how to hire trustworthy people, it is not that hard. Terrible service and atmosphere
