The package never came and when I called customer service they bounced me around to different departments hoping I would hang up. After I finally got to talk to someone they told me they have no idea when it would be delivered.

Not in advance but midway through the confirmed delivery days. 100% unacceptable. Phone support worthless and can provide no real answers. Will not do business with anyone that uses RXO in the future.

Bring my package today 3/26/2021. Poor. Very poor customer service. 800 number can never reach any one in the hub. And they never answer the emails from customer service. Xpo cancels a delivery date and then tries scheduling it for many weeks later to a month away. From original delivery date. That xpo missed.
