Yet, the expected delivery date is 1/22/25, which is completely unacceptable. Waiting nearly two months for an item that’s practically next door shows a lack of efficiency and care for customers. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again unless significant improvements are made.

The package never came and when I called customer service they bounced me around to different departments hoping I would hang up. After I finally got to talk to someone they told me they have no idea when it would be delivered.

Delivery was delayed due to weather I get it!!! Now on the scheduled date Feb 22 & nothing ever happened so I call for delivery on the 24th and they say oh this was delivered the 22nd????? Then I tried to have it combined with the 24th delivery of the dryer and a guy tried to get it together said he’d call me back and the washer would be delivered the 27th if not but doesn’t put it in the notes so now it’s sometime In March! I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor 5x and someone is always suppose to call me back and never does ? So frustrating poor poor service
