- AKAmber KlutinisNov 29, 20241.0Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I placed an order on 11/25/24, and it arrived in Tulsa, OK, on 11/27/24—just an hour away from the destination city. Yet, the expected delivery date is 1/22/25, which is completely unacceptable. Waiting nearly two months for an item that’s practically next door shows a lack of efficiency and care for customers. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again unless significant improvements are made.

I call to get an update because they did not provide one themselves. They said they were running late but would deliver today in a couple of hours. I waited a few more hours and still no delivery. Called again for an update because I had not heard from anyone. Again they say they are running late but that there were two people before me. 10 pm comes around my husband calls and they tell him they are closed. Crappy service never got an update or a rescheduled time. Wasted my whole day and they still can’t tell me when they will deliver.

The package never came and when I called customer service they bounced me around to different departments hoping I would hang up. After I finally got to talk to someone they told me they have no idea when it would be delivered.
- PTPhil The ThrillFeb 25, 20211.0I ordered a Washing Machine from Samsung on the 4th of Feb, then after thinking about it I decided to order the matching Dryer in Feb 13thish. Delivery was delayed due to weather I get it!!! Now on the scheduled date Feb 22 & nothing ever happened so I call for delivery on the 24th and they say oh this was delivered the 22nd????? Then I tried to have it combined with the 24th delivery of the dryer and a guy tried to get it together said he’d call me back and the washer would be delivered the 27th if not but doesn’t put it in the notes so now it’s sometime In March! I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor 5x and someone is always suppose to call me back and never does ? So frustrating poor poor service
