- MMMikeJul 23, 20251.0My experience with Insight Global was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I was led to believe I was being seriously considered for a position, only to be completely ghosted after the interview process. Mattilyn, the account manager, refused to respond to a single message after the interview — no follow-up, no closure, just complete silence. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it’s downright unprofessional. Meanwhile, Tyler, the recruiter, continuously strung me along with vague and evasive updates instead of simply being honest about the situation. Rather than providing clarity or closure, he kept delaying with empty reassurances. If I wasn't selected for the role, I should have been told plainly. Instead, I was left in limbo, wasting my time and energy. If this is how Insight Global treats potential candidates, I can't imagine the lack of integrity they bring to their clients. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere — this agency clearly lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for people’s time.

She didnt reach out to tell me that she was going to be late until I reached out to her on Linked In. I had work at 2pm and had to miss my workout and other chores I needed to get done before then. The second day she tried to move my call up and she said, "I'll have my manager call you now" and 45 minutes later still no call. I had to then rush to eat lunch before my appointment. The third person called me out of the blue with no heads up whatsoever. I couldn't even talk to her because I was on my way to another appointment.
