Can't file a complaint because nobody answers the phone. Driver for The Erica Apartment complex is downright lazy and doesn't care. He continually misdelivers packages to the office that specifically say to deliver to apartment only citing a bad back. Why is he delivering packages as a job with a "bad back." He has the worst attitude and acts completely put out when he is asked to deliver to a specific apartment. He has tools to help him deliver boxes up the stairs, yet refuses to use them. Tried to complain once before and all I got was, he is contract so we can't do anything. END HIS CONTRACT and get rid of him. Tall, skinny dude with a little long brown hair. He's a continual issue. FIRE HIM.

I have trouble giving FedEx Air in Oklahoma City one star. My first package from Florida arrived in Oklahoma City ON TIME but was not delivered. After 5 days of delays, they said the package was “lost”. I talked to the shipper who promptly send out another identical package yesterday (Tuesday) which arrived in Oklahoma City (FedEx Air) today (Wednesday) at 11:15am. It was to be delivered today but now has a delay until tomorrow (Thursday) to be delivered by 8:00pm. All this time my package is sitting in their hot warehouse. I and the shipper have included GPS coordinates and a Google map showing my location. FedEx Air in Oklahoma City apparently can’t read or follow instructions!!!!!

The only problem is that this facility did not accept my AT&T return. The agent said something about not being able to “process the QR code,” even though I’m had an account number, not a QR code. So I had to locate and drive to a FedEx Office place several miles away.

This how your business teaches its drivers to drop off customers items??? Whether the items are breakable or not, seems pretty disrespectful to me if your drivers are just tossing packages on the porch. I’d expect better service than that.
