The new manager is very rude and lacks customer service skills! Will do by business at a different store.

I went here to fax some paperwork and an older red headed man came over to assist me. I've never used a fax machine and would've appreciated some nice customer service but didn't get. He took my papers and threw them onto the fax machine. I wanted to cuss him out but my brother ushered me out of there so I wouldn't cause a scene. That was very unprofessional and rude behavior from that older man and ppl like him shouldn't be allowed to get away with such bad behavior.

I have complained several times about the lack and complete rude attitude of the man that works here, his name is Lance. He is beyond rude. He called me "lady" today like he didn't even have to treat me like an actual human. Seriously, this is beyond unacceptable. If you hate working with the public, then don't work with the public!

I came in with a (hopefully) simple plan for a brochure-type need and Amber helped me. I was really surprised and so very thankful for how above and beyond she took the job for me any my family.
Thanks, Amber!

Came to ship a return back to Walmart. Told that I needed another box around the product packaging. That does not sound right since Walmart instructions did not say that. Not sure who is right, but this needs to be fixed.
