I've never used a fax machine and would've appreciated some nice customer service but didn't get. He took my papers and threw them onto the fax machine. I wanted to cuss him out but my brother ushered me out of there so I wouldn't cause a scene. That was very unprofessional and rude behavior from that older man and ppl like him shouldn't be allowed to get away with such bad behavior.
