    Great to work with! I had to order a few cards that needed to be picked up that evening and they were able to take care of it quickly and work with us.

    This has got to be the worst FedEx I've ever been to and the slowest by far. I walked in the lady asked me did I want to print so I said yes she said you can email us what you need printed so I did. The lady that was helping me took so long first finding the email then helped about 3 to 4 people while working on mine also yelled across the store at what I was printing where I had to say I didn't want to discuss it out loud just need the items printed I said that about three times actually. Once she prints them she has to count every single page while licking her nasty fingers. I will never go back to this location downtown or otherwise I'd rather go to the Quick Print that has a $10 minimum... and on top of all that she charged me a surcharge of $2 for them to print it when I was given no other option to self-print

    Goodmorning, On 21 February yesterday FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. FedEx attempted the delivery on 20 February 2020 and left a note on our door. I have cameras so it shows that he waited to see if we were home. Great driver! Then on 21 February 2020 I get a email saying that my package was delivered at 1111am and signed for by SSALMID. We are the Jones family. Jones name on the package with my address. How is this possible. There are no other addresses in my neighborhood or others that matches my address. These trucks have GPS in them. I have to wait until the 23rd for a package recovery effort. I am very disappointed. I paid a hefty price on the items that I ordered. 😡😡
