  I only needed a ups return label printed. The clerk told me she couldn't print it from my phone. I would have screen shot it and send through customer service. When I was at the door she said "have a nice day". This location was on the list to go to.

  I tried calling to ask a few questions to avoid coming in to the store. Waited through the ridiculously long automated welcome message only to be redirected to a department that could not take my call. I never had the opportunity to speak to a person. Very disappointed.
