- BMBrenda MontgomeryJul 3, 20242.0Just got off the phone with a gentleman asking why sometimes they will and will not deliver packages to Apartment units. Was totally shock hear the attend Manager of the property is obstructing services to attendees residence due to the request leave it at the apartments office. If postal can not deliver that have fill out slips for small boxes on site to state it's unsafe environment. Last I knew unless you work for USPS, it's illegal to temper with delivery and mail handling of someone else's property. Darn right, I told the gentleman what I thought about human rights and how that is against federal laws. I demand a lift on this error, not to mention prior I had been paying for P.O. Box for almost a year due to report of debates between postal office acknowledged damage mail boxes and the lack of up keep at the location. This is beyond a reason that attendees residence has deal with such poor conduct and mishaps. I understand some times error of human nature, but this little to much for something deeper going on here. If necessary will talk with a lawyer if not taken care of. Definitely report dispute with USPS and Main headquarters of property.

My package was weight and mailed from a post office and they are demanding more postage? I refuse to believe postage is due on a package that was weighed and mailed in another post office. I'm disgusted with this towns post office.

It was correctly addressed, however, my mail gets delivered to various neighbors on a frequent basis. I find this out when someone brings me the mail that they got in their mailbox that is addressed to me at my address. I am going to have to follow up on a higher level since this does not get resolved by the local postmaster. This is been going on for me personally for over a year.

Instead of coming up to my door with package or certified letter or anything that needs to be signed she doesn't even attempt to see if we're home just sticks a "sorry we missed you" note in my mail box and I have to physically waste my time and gas driving to the post office to pick up letter or package. Very inconvenient. Still getting other peoples mail that lived here before me even after going up there 3 or 4 times. Mentioned it to the mail lady and gave my fiance a hard time. She needs to do her job. Everyone here needs to do their job. If it were my job I'd be getting paid good and full gov benefits. But since I do not work for the post office it's not my job. It is not my job to come to the post office and pick up my mail nor is it my job to sort your mail for you....please do better.
