Do not set a passport appointment here, they will close passport services on your scheduled date and not reach out to their appointments so you still show up. Time wasted, completely unprofessional.

I came in to have my mailbox rekeyed and initially paid at the wrong post office (the Norman location). When I returned to my home post office to explain the situation, Kelly was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She took the time to listen, went to the back to call a supervisor, and worked to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, another front-desk employee, whose name I believe was Gladys, was very rude and disrespectful. While Kelly was actively trying to help, this employee repeatedly questioned me in front of other customers, insinuating that I was being dishonest. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to. Although I did not have a printed receipt, I did have digital proof of payment from my bank, and I even offered to go back to the Norman post office to obtain a copy of the receipt. She spoke down on me and said harshly that’s not how it works” Despite this, the employee continued to question me rather than offering assistance or attempting to help resolve the issue. I want to specifically recognize Kelly for her professionalism, patience, and kindness. She treated me with respect and handled the situation appropriately. Unfortunately, the behavior of the other employee was disappointing and unprofessional.

The self service kiosk is broken, no notice on it. A homeless person was sleeping in the lobby.

My neighbor is an elderly woman and her address ends in 09 whereas mine ends in 07… I CONSTANTLY have to go take her mail to her mailbox. I have “informed delivery” which lets me know what to expect with my daily mail…. I check it daily only to check my mailbox which is empty….. I’m not sure if the delivery driver just grabs whatever is put in my address slot but if so, whomever is sorting this is highly unqualified. I have received mail for my neighbor with “final notice” on it. And I can’t help but wonder if the original notice was even delivered. I grew up in Norman. I knew the mail man that came to my neighborhood. Now, I have absolutely no idea where my mail ended up. We have our address posted on our homes for a reason. Get it TOGETHER Norman postal service.

Front desk lady was so rude. She made me cried and kept saying mean comments. I work night shift and had a miscarriage so I forgot to check the mail for a bit due to depression spill. She was so mean and rude about it and questioning how one can forget. I’m glad you never been so depressed for months you couldn’t leave the bed. Such a man old lady !!
