Worst post office I’ve ever had issues with. They don’t take accountability for anything and give no directions on how to find lost mail that was in their care. Their customer service sucks.

I did a walk-in in the afternoon for a passport. Saul had just finished with another customer and called me in right away. He was very professional and friendly. I applied for a passport card and paid for expedited. I got my card in about 2 weeks. Very helpful and efficient passport service.
