    I had several returns to make...I am not at all technology-wired. Asher was very patient and kind as he helped me sort it all out. This is my go-to store even though there is one closer to home...simply because the people are so nice and understanding.

    Usually a quick drop off if you are doing Amazon returns. The parking lot is always a bit of a disaster due to having one way in/out. But BEWARE if you are actually shipping (paying over counter) to ship. The clerks always quote you crazy shipping times to try to steer you toward the more expensive options. For example, I was shipping a package to Texas. They told me regular ground shipment would take 1-2 weeks. I knew this was BS as I had already checked with UPS online. I chose the cheapest ground option. As soon as the label was scanned, the UPS tracking site correctly showed delivery in 2 days. Bottom line....they give misleading info about actual transit times to try to steer you toward most expensive options. Lookup the transit time in advance and ignore what the clerk tells you.

    Came in to do an Amazon return and was told I picked Whole Foods as the return location. The girl behind the counter literally tossed the receipt to me and rushed me out after I waited in the long line. Instead, she could have said “I’m sorry but you chose Whole Foods and you need to pick UPS. Let me show you how to do it real quick so we can get you taken care of”. I ended up going back to my car, cancelling the return and redoing it within 2 minutes. Then I had to go back and wait in line again. I work in customer service and I know what it takes to make my customers happy. Y'all need to train your staff better on how to deal when you’re busy and customer satisfaction. It is possible to do both!

    I paid $185 to have a smart phone overnighted. Not only was the package delayed by several days but when it was received, the bag was ripped open and the smart phone was pushed through the cardboard packaging they had me pay an additional $15 for. There was cardboard in the bottom pieces of the cell phone case. See pictures. I have called the store multiple times and gotten no response. I went in there and was told a manager was out and to follow up 5 days later, followed up via phone and email and have not heard anything. Corporate says that it must be refunded on the store level, but the store could care less. Do not trust this store with your packages. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!

    The short story. Paid to ship holiday gifts . Per the tracking package is still at this location since 12/16. They refuse to answer the phone . Have called every business day since 12/19 when we noticed the tracking has not left. No answers no refund no results no service. And No Christmas for some. At the UPS store, you are just a transaction or a number .
