We paid for the 3 day shipping but it arrived in 6 business days which was too late for our purposes. UPS agreed to mail us a check to refund us but after 7-10 business days the check had not arrived. We called back and they verified the check was never cashed and they said they sent another. After another 7-10 business days we still had not received it. We called back and the employee said they would ask a manager if a refund to our credit card was possible and call us back. They never called us back so we called back a week later and they supposedly processed the refund over the phone but it never showed up on our credit card statement even though we waited ample time for it to show. Why say you are willing to refund us if you clearly are not willing to follow through? Update: after posting this review I emailed the person in the comments and they were able to give me a refund. Glad it got resolved but wish it could have been done with much less hassle. Updating from 1 star to 2.
