He was very patient with me as I needed to make sure the recipient of said package was absolutely correct. I am so great full to FedEx as I utilize their services often and have been for over a decade. I completely trust FedEx, whether it’s mail, or printing! I ended up walking out today feeling like the VIP. Thank you David! Thank you Fedex!!!! You did an awesome job
- BBBarbara BillingsleyOct 14, 20231.0I am NOT satisfied at all with my print order from this location. First of all, why hire someone who doesn't know the meaning of the word "duplex"? I specifically noted that my copies were to be duplexed, collated and stapled; when I picked them up, they were all one-sided. When I asked her about it, she said, "What does 'duplex' mean?" Secondly, the copies were in faint ink and nearly faded out at the bottom of each page. I paid for 70 sets of duplexed copies and was charged accordingly but I will NEVER have anything printed at this location again! She offered to "re-run" them but I couldn't wait for 30 minutes. I'm assuming the ink would still be faded as it would be on the same machine she just finished running the copies on. EXTREMELY POOR PRODUCTS FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
