He was very patient with me as I needed to make sure the recipient of said package was absolutely correct. I am so great full to FedEx as I utilize their services often and have been for over a decade. I completely trust FedEx, whether it’s mail, or printing! No call Thursday, I called up Friday morning and was told that they were not finished but would be given a call in a few hours when they were done. Saturday morning and still no call, I call up and they cannot find my order. I was told I would get a call once they came across my order. Four hours later I decided to call up and a guy from SHIPPING tells me my order has never been started. Congrats fedex your only good employee is in shipping. Go ahead and fire the manager of this store and promote the shipping guy.
