The laziness in this office and the courier is ridiculous, it would be nice if there was more connection between the clients and the couriers to improve the service provided.

We moved about 4 months ago and I followed all the appropriate steps to forward my mail from my old address to my new address and Noble post office kept pointing the finger to my previous towns post office and putting me on the back burner. I finally spoke with my mail carrier, Barbara, thinking the issue would finally be resolved and they would finally do their job. I have only received a few pieces of mail after MONTHS of living here, and many phone calls inquiring about my "correct" address because my mail has been returned and stated it is undeliverable. That is not only including the mail forwarded from my old address, but even the mail that is being sent straight to the Noble address. Worst service EVER. After many hours trying to receive my mail that includes very sensitive and urgent items i cannot get them to do their job and deliver my mail.
