Turns out our driver has to provide his own vehicle, which cannot accommodate all of the large packages that people often get. I can't imagine if a disabled person or elderly person needed a larger delivery and was forced to find someone to bring them to the post office to pick it up. USPS needs to do better and provide its workers with the tools they need to complete their jobs.
