- BBB5 days ago1.0The woman who is retiring in two years (according to her) has a massive attitude problem. As does a young guy working at the counter. I came for a passport appointment. The post office was almost completely empty, so they weren't busy with a long line or anything. They were really sarcastic and not amenable to answering my questions. I now see in the reviews that there have been many complaints about her over time. Why is she being allowed to continue working? She and the young guy were unprofessional and rude. This poor behavior is not acceptable.

And you’re the only post office that wants to close early ridiculous. Get yourself together.
