- CBCara BowermanOct 28, 20251.0So there are only two post offices in the area that do FBI fingerprinting, which I need to take my LPC licensing exam. I chose the one in Mustang, picked up my baby after work which was a 30 min drive, and drove another 15 minutes to get there. Online, it clearly said they were open until 4:30, so I got there at 4:00 and walked in at 4:03 only to be told they don’t do fingerprinting after 4:00. There was nothing about that on the website. When I asked if they were sure with tears in my eyes, explaining I had just gotten off work, drove all that way, and had my baby with me, they just said, “Sorry.” No compassion, no attempt to help. This kind of inconsiderate policy (and lack of clear communication) makes already stressful situations so much worse. Life is hard enough this post office makes it harder.

The lady who assisted me was extremely unprofessional and rude. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed irritated and unwilling to help. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and acted as though my questions were a bother to her. As someone simply trying to send a package and ask a couple of basic questions, I found her attitude completely unacceptable.
