It was a great experience. It seems that the people who have complaints are walk in customers. We made an appointment and things went flawlessly. If you can make an appointment, I would suggest doing so.
- BBBJan 7, 20261.0The woman who is retiring in two years (according to her) has a massive attitude problem. As does a young guy working at the counter. I came for a passport appointment. The post office was almost completely empty, so they weren't busy with a long line or anything. They were really sarcastic and not amenable to answering my questions. I now see in the reviews that there have been many complaints about her over time. Why is she being allowed to continue working? She and the young guy were unprofessional and rude. This poor behavior is not acceptable. *********UPDATE******************** When I visited this post office to mail my passport application, I explained to the guy helping me and the older soon-to-be-retiree that I read on the United States government website that I needed to also send my court order for a name change, along with other required documents showing legal name changes, as I have been married more than once. I brought those documents with me to mail. Both the guy and the older lady spoke very sarcastically and the woman said "Oh I just LOVE when they look on the internet". I explained that I did not do a random Google search, but consulted the government website. They BOTH argued with me and adamantly would not send my documents. Guess what?!! I have now received a letter that my passport is delayed and they are requesting those documents. I WILL BE IN TO SPEAK TO YOU AND HAVE YOU MAIL THOSE DOCUMENTS. I will also be speaking to someone actually in charge. You all are pathetic. Now my process is delayed. I brought all the correct documents the first time lady, but thanks to you two I couldn't send them!!!!!!!!

And you’re the only post office that wants to close early ridiculous. Get yourself together.
