I either have to wait or put off going in because the counter area is closed. It's become a huge inconvenience. The employees are always super helpful and nice whenever I am able to go in.
- ARAshley RidenourJan 10, 20231.0Apparently the mailman who delivers near Labass is allowed to just not give you, your mail. Can't ever get to a live person on the phone. I have mail that shouldve been in my box several times.

She realized that many people with undeliverable addresses may be looking for mailings from the IRS and rather than send those mailings back and have no answer for however long for those mailings, she's been saving them at the post office for those who may call to see if they're there. Fantastic, brilliant, people-centered service!!!
