Paid $61 for fast shipping (6–10 business days), but it has been over 3 weeks and the package still hasn’t arrived. The clerk showed me three options, and I chose fast shipping expecting better service.
There was nothing fast about it, and on top of that, no refund was offered. Very misleading and terrible service. Complete waste of money. I do not recommend USPS fast shipping.

I was assisted today by Jake. He was extremely helpful, and patient with fixing my issue. All while continuing to help other customers at the same time.

Daily mail drivers in east Moore are so lazy they will withhold your mail if they can’t drive directly up to your mailbox…. Never in my life until moving has this been an issue. The mailmen in central/west Moore walk through every neighborhood. I don’t understand how they’re just allowed to withhold mail, god forbid they have to get out of their truck.
