Used to love stopping in there to drop off my packages, never busy, always professional and nice. The crew today insisted that they don't sell international stamps, claimed it would be $300 per letter to mail to Europe and even when I said I would buy the book of stamps I just need to know how many to put on my letter he kept insisting it's $300. I walked out with my Amazon return package and my regular mail because I doubt the package would have made it back to Amazon. Just wow I am beyond speechless and wonder who decided to hire these guys.

I’ve mailed the Gemini mailers many times there with no issues. Sabrina didn’t make eye contact with me and lacked customer service skills. She spoke with a rude tone and her hands were dirty and you could see the dirt underneath her fingers nails. I’ll continue to go to the post office. This was the first time I experienced the service I received
