  I went in to ship a package and was quoted $38 and $119 for varied arrival days. I questioned why it was so expensive since it was super light, and I had just received a similar sized box from the same place for $14, and they told me it was because it was shipping from OK and it costs more to ship from here. I said I would check with the USPS and they tried to talk me out of it and told me USPS would be way more expensive and the UPS store would be the cheapest. Same box, same items, same timeline, UPS $119 USPS $14. I asked the Post Office clerk about it and she said this store tries to trick people into using their services, and that this is the first time she's heard about their "shipping from OK is more expensive" lie. I will never use this store again.

  This store is great, but some of the employees are quite rude. They shouldn’t expect customers to be experts in using the Amazon kiosk. If they don’t know how, they shouldn’t dismiss the customer’s question with a dismissive head shake. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional.

  The place is clean, the line is almost non existent as the personnel is on top of things and very proficient. Huge shout out to "Roman" who embodies with no doubt the spirit of professionalism, multitasking and efficiency. Thank you "Roman" for the help today, you are definitely awesome !

  I wanted to recognize Ranjit Shrestha. I was rushing to get there before the store closed so I could ship a jacket to a young lady. If I missed shipping it on this day, it would be almost another week before it would get shipped because we were headed out of town. But thankfully, even though I showed up a few minutes after closing, Ranjit saw me pull up because he was still in the store and at the counter and he came and opened the door. He allowed me to get the package shipped so I was extremely thankful and wanted to recognize his effort and thoughtfulness to take care of a customer even though it was just a few minutes past closing. The cost to ship that was approximately $55 so that was an additional sale that was made as well. Thank you Ranjit for going above and beyond. I think most would have said, “Sorry we’re closed.”
