So, I paid for a PO Box. I have an Amazon package that showed delivered & put in a locker. I opened my PO Box & no key nor package. What is wrong with the post office people in Miami, OK? Drunk, high, incompetent or just don’t care?
- MSMelissa SnowMar 31, 20261.0Seriously you should remove AI from your phone calls it by far the worst thing I have ever tried to deal with. It doesn't understand but won't pass the call off to a human either. It's a circle with trying to call. The reason for my call was I paid $18.88 to send letter priority and certified with return receipt on signature estimated delivery of March 16, 2026 and your Guthrie, OK post office tried delivery 1 time what happened to 3 times. Then here's the best part you contacted me via email stating I need to come into the Guthrie Post Office or schedule a redelivery. I'm the sended not the receiver. Now we go into post office and I am informed they are trying a second attempt in a few days. I guess priority is not really priority. I'm for sure going to ask for my money back I could have sent it regular mail and got a better outcome then this crap. Not to mention your delivery people need to read names on package delivery they seem to think you just pick a house and drop it there they will figure it out. I don't know how many packages and pieces of mail I have seen people post pictures of trying to get it to the right address. I guess this is the way it things are now but I don't think it's right! It's very crappy.

She seemed genuinely happy to help me. Overall it took a couple of minutes but I had done most of the paperwork before my appointment. She also fixed some errors I had made and thoroughly explained everything. You get what you pay for here.
