This rural office is an absolute gem! Gloria is a fantastic person who goes above and beyond her assigned duties, and deserves considerable recognition. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish my tasks today without her very selfless help. Please hire more like her, usps!

If the the actual uppers would leave things alone they will remain this way. They have already started putting all calls through a national call system that puts you on hold for over an hour at a time. Luckily, you can still go into the office and speak to them.
