- CNCharles NachborAug 10, 20231.0The Mcloud Post Office is declining in services and has been for some time now. The complaint I have is the phones purposely not being answered. I assume because the complaints of service is the majority of the calls.

- EKElizabeth KiharaJun 2, 20221.0Had 2 packages that were to be delivered today and instead of bring them to the porch, the mailman left a notice saying he "attempted delivery" and that I had to pick my package up the same day or it would be returned to sender. I went to the post office and talked to the lady there and she said she would ask the mailman to come back and drop off the package. But of course he never did. I've had packages marked as delivered that I never received when this guy is on duty. He's lazy and I honestly don't understand how he still has his job after so many complaints and negative reviews. Now I have to drive all the way back to the post office again tomorrow.

Instead we got a notice from the place we purchased our product saying they were giving us back a refund because the package was undeliverable???? I had to find out from the business and not the post office!! WTH is that??? Come on POST MASTER you better start doing your job and start getting RID of your LAZY CARRIER'S!!!!!!
