- KMKatie MillerOct 28, 20231.0Update: I have not received a package bigger than my mailbox since September 2023. I keep getting notices that dogs are the reason. I have a Pug and Corgi that are inside dogs, and have not been outside even to use the bathroom during delivery times. We were outside today working the yard when I got a notification that there was a delivery attempt. The driver never even stopped. The lies by the driver are unacceptable! Driver isn’t even attempting to deliver my packages. I get a message at 8am saying delivery attempted, when she doesn’t deliver until after noon. Just pure laziness! I never get a package on time because the driver refuses to do her job. I shouldn’t have to find time to pick it up from the post office. No other carrier has an issue, and I wish I had the choice to use another carrier when I order online.
