- MHMeagan Humphreys6 days ago1.0I have had one good interaction with them and that is it. They did my forwarding address wrong, no one answers the phone, and the lady was licking peanut butter off her shoulder when she was helping us. DO BETTER.
- CDChaney DavisApr 6, 20231.012/03/24 I’ve taken videos now , dated and time stamped of how my driveway is accessible and how my front door is also accessible for quite literally anyone to walk up to. it’s always the same excuse from the delivery person. I have screenshots as well. I’m sure they wouldnt like if someone drove in their yard when unnecessary (killing all the grass) and not delivering any of her packages that she gets notifications on saying they’ll be delivered that day. I’m hoping someone will do something. I’ve called and complained and i’ve written multiple reviews. Update 6/14/24 Crazy how my dogs stay inside during the day now just so my packages can be delivered & that’s little boy still refuses to deliver my packages. It said no access to driveway but my driveway is wide open for anyone to drive in???? why would the post office hire anyone who doesn’t like animals to deliever packages to country homes?????? update 1/11/24 There’s a new guy. Refuses to get out of the vehicle if there is any animal outside. Don’t deliver mail in the COUNTRY. if you cannot handle animals. This is the 3rd time i’ve had issues with my package and it’s getting annoying. I know we have a few different ladies who deliver our mail. There is one we haven’t been a fan of , she just drives alittle too fast down the driveway , but the other(s) are amazing! They love my crazy dogs who think biting tires is a game. Super happy we have friendly mail service

- HCHeather ConnerFeb 8, 20191.0My packages that I pay extra for to be delivered in 2 days never come. I always have to call to tell them my package wasnt delivered or even attempted to be delivered. Who ever is delivering mail on Allen road should be fired and investigated for theft. This has happened several times now to the point it is no longer a mistake. I will be taking further action above the postmaster.
