- DBDawn ByrumDec 31, 20251.0Do yall make a habit of holding packages hostage?? Several of many packages had my shipping address of my house on it and was sent to Locust Grove. She had nerve to ask me why we don't have them shipped to my po box. It's not my problem the business is ordered from doesn't ship to post office boxes!!! Then to not walk back to look to see if a package is there before yall holler it ain't here!! Then if you don't have a tracking number handy...guess they can't help you PERIOD! Poor attitudes for sure. Not customer service driven!!!

- DDDebraMay 13, 20251.0Update on our Lovely postal service, Locust Grove OK... Not! I finally got the 1st notice for my package of exotic plants. Said it was a final notice.. I was told the package has been sitting at the post office sents the 5th. That's a Week. Half the exotic plants, carefully packed by a dear friend are toast. Thank you again Locust Grove postal service, you consistently screw up.

My son had a PKG, went to post office to pick up, lady said " it's in the back but I can't scan it in, I'm busy" the next day she sent it back. We got pkgs before, then I had a PKG delivered (seen it where they said, " not delivered no box" we have a mailbox outside our fence!! My husband had to pick it up for me before they sent it back! He told them we have a box, n PKGs delivered before, why did they not leave it! They are lazy!!
