  The Customer Service attendant at the counter made it seem like I was an inconvenience because I didn’t use the kiosk for my Amazon return. She said “I’ll do it for you this time”. I don’t work there and will not use the kiosk…ever. Amazon instructions say that any customer service person will help, so that is what I expect. I already have to drive 30 minutes to get there. I’m not looking to do anyone’s job for them.

  Very nice employees every time I go. It’s quick you’re in n out fast. Always helpful even if you’re using the self return machines.

  Vicki at UPS was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely nice, helpful, and patient while assisting us. We were in town for a BCT graduation and needed to ship some picture frames back home to New York since we wouldn’t be able to take them on the plane. Vicky walked us through the whole process and was very knowledgeable, which made everything so much easier for us. This was our first time visiting Lawton, and Vicki was a perfect representation of the hospitality here. She made a potentially stressful situation smooth and pleasant. Thank you Vicki for your kindness and great service!
