No one ever fixes the problem just puts another sorry carrier on the route and the delivery times gets worse or not at all. I have complained 4 times now and today at 736 after passing my mail carrier on the next street over only to come home and he didn't even come down our street is real disheartening. I get the Informed delivery just so I can document the days im supposed to get mail and dont.
