  If it was a possibility to rate 0 stars that would be more accurate. From the moment my mom and I walked through the doors we could feel the negativity. The feeling of being unwelcomed was overwhelming. We had some things that were needing to be sent by email for personal legal importance that I wanted to avoid any mishaps. I politely requested instructions for usage of the scan to email machine. I was met first by a female associate who had a very off putting attitude. Requested instructions that she simply ran through as if I was versed w/ such instructions. Then after asking for a staple remover which apparently was located directly behind me on what looked like a workstation table, instead of retrieving the item she condescendingly pointed behind me and state "it's right there.. ," she than proceeded to make her exit indicating she was not going to assist me further w/ out any verbal communication of stepping away. Then out of frustration after the interaction I stated publicly "Can someone please help me..." than a seperate male associate whom both mind you neither introduced themselves also approached me and in a very patronizing tone and attitude added to the unpleasant experience. I always wondered why my mom and dad loyalty to this store had shifted and why they don't actively shop or do any type of business until today it became very clear. I do not recommend and or support this specific location of Staples. The lack of human decency as well as simple customer service was astoundingly non-existant. This establishment needs a overhaul especially when it comes to training their employees w/ proper respectable patience and customer service. As Lawton, OK is known as a retired military community the businesses here need to prioritize slowing appreciation to those in uniform to include us retirees and their ohanas (families.) It was also very apparant that we were being pre-judged from the moment we walked in for who knows what...

  **i found this advice while waiting in line on your customer representative to finish a phone call... Not sure if I'll be back. Very rude service** Prioritize the customer in front of you, as THEY took the effort to arrive IN PERSON. Acknowledge the in-person customer IMMEDIATELY with a smile or nod, then quickly and politely ASK THE CALLER if they can hold or if you can call them back. Never, ever make an in store customer wait longer than you should.

  Not enough staff. Rude management. They were just on phone making people wait to be checked out. If you have that volume of calls. Have someone to just answer the phones. And when I remarked about the long wait the clerk began to whine and complain about work load.

  Everyone in the store is wonderful, they are helpful when I need to find some , they're tech department is good, I noticed both techs feed off each other if one don't know the answer the other comes to help, only thing I really did notice the copy and print and casier is struggling between doing jobs and customers bringing carts worth of returns some days I'm not sure how they do it they rock stars
