When I checked in, the woman processing passport applications asked if I was there for a passport. I confirmed by saying yes, that I had a 2:00 pm appointment made through the website. She then replied in a rude tone, “Isn’t that what I just said?” There was no reason for that response, and it felt dismissive and unprofessional. This interaction left a negative impression. Customer service should be respectful, especially when someone is clearly just confirming their appointment.
