As soon as I was done she told my husband, no I have to go to lunch. Come back later. Now unless the post office shuts down for lunch, I'm pretty sure I shouldn't have been denied service. I've worked in customer service and had to take late lunches until customers are taken care of. It's part of the job. My husband was only available for his lunch break today and we thought we'd planned this perfectly to get it taken care of. Unfortunately customers do not come first here. I will upgrade to 3 and no higher, it took 3 attempts to get this done. FYI they do not do passports at all on Saturday. Jenks is a growing town and definitely needs more support to satisfy the population. Maybe some signage to show what hours they offer for passport support, rather than just generally being available, as that is not true.
