You enter the address in google maps and it instantly comes up, but somehow they cannot deliver to it. They also don’t answer the phone to help. Horrific. I feel bad for the residents of Hooker OK.

Used the PO Box and my package was sent to an old address even though I've updated this change with USPS. Luckily I just have a very polite person living at my previous address who gave me my package. Now all my incoming packages are being returned! Why are packages from UPS being accepted if they are going to be returned. New clerks are also so impolite. Is there a better way to handle this?? Some places I order online do not even allow me to put a PO Box. Why does UPS only deliver to my door sometimes and other times to USPS?? This system is a mess.
