Blake and Scott are the best. They’re always in a good mood, and they both deserve a raise!

I visited on September 17th around 11:30 AM and was unfortunately met with very poor customer service from the blonde lady working that day. She snapped at me and also seemed dismissive towards the other employee. The man working with her was polite and genuinely tried to assist me, even asking the lady for help, but she showed little care for her attitude or professionalism despite others being present.
I came in to mail a letter and inquire about getting four new passports, but left without any answers. Her behavior was uncalled for, and honestly, I’d rather rely on Google for information than have to deal with her again. Very disappointing experience.

Was at the post office today (8/18) for a passport renewal. I was a walk in even know it passports are supposed to be by “appointment only” luckily it wasn’t busy and was able to get everything taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Set up an appointment for passports, Cassie was so nice and helpful. We were in and out in no time. Very fun and energetic, my 2 girls were so happy and had a great experience with her. Had them laughing and having a good time! Everyone else is super nice and friendly! We drove 35 min to go and were able to get an appt in 1 day. So worth the drive! Thanks, Cassie, for the great time at our appointment that most would say is a hassle. Made our experience wonderful! Thank you for being so helpful!
