They are not helpful and will send your package back faster than Usain Bolt ran the 100 meter in the 2008 Olympics. The hours are awful and not convenient for anyone working a normal schedule, and it smells bad.

She instantly starts with an attitude (before she ever even sees who or why the door opened), followed by trying to find reasons to not send you packages, to asking you to come back tomorrow when you have a package waiting, to cussing at you when you don't like any of the above actions. I only give 2 stars instead of 1 because the other employees are nice courteous people, who don't deserve a 1 star rating just because the old woman hates her life choices.
