Tried to send a package internationally for the first time. Had an okay experience. Used their boxes because my package was "beat up" (some tear, nothing crazy). So I put the box inside of USPS boxes. Then was honest what was inside of the parcel due to customs. USPS couldn't continue the process, okay. Lady proceeded me to pay for the box $6.50 even though I didnt use it to ship. As a business I get that. Then, at the end of payment there was a survey with three faces ☹️😐🙂. She pressed the 🙂 for the customer survey. I thought that was the customer's survey, not the staff's... welp. Her pressing 🙂 over the 😐 is why I'm leaving the review.

The only worker in the post office is not customer friendly at all. Super rude and takes her misery out on others. You ask simple innocent questions because you need assistance and she replies with extreme rude sarcasm. You’re better off going to another USPS location.

The old and only lady that works in the post office is extremely rude. Always huffing and puffing when customers have a simple question. Rolling her eyes. Making others feel so uncomfortable to even walk inside the post office. Instead of helping the customers she gives them an attitude and is NO help at all. Never have I ever met someone to vulgar and rude at this person. She should be reprimanded for her behavior. Talks to people like piece of trash without even know who they are. CUSTOMER SERVICE ? 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is useless, can't look up anything, can't help with anything other than taking your money for PO box, send a package out and forward you to main office for anything else. Can just close it down if I have to go to main office anytime I need help.
