We cannot put a PO Box when ordering online so we put our physical address. Whenever UPS delivers to the post office, they automatically return it to sender. After 30 years of living in this small town, we cannot get anything delivered to our box which has remained unchanged for 25+ years.

Which is nonsense, the house has the same mailbox that's been on it for the last 60 years. They don't even leave a slip asking for pickup at the post office, instead they just send the mail back the same day it arrives. Updated: 11/15/23 Over the last year some changes have definitely been made. So credit given where it is due. Mail is being received again, and overall service is much better. Updated to 3 stars. Updated: 12/30/25 (Final Update) Consistently receive mail now with no issues. Mail Carrier is a super nice guy, and the folks behind the counter at the office have been very helpful every time I have gone in. I now receive slip notifications when packages are to big to deliver, and all other mail is delivered within a very reasonable time frame. Updated to 4 out of 5 from the previous 3 star update.
