  No one answers the phone at this shipping business... I guess the phone system was down! This would be out of the control of the shipping location! Mason the manager went way out of his way to take care of our problem!

  Everyone there is usually very nice and helpful, this time I got Val and she explained everything in great detail and was extremely helpful with returning these difficult parts

  I had my husband drop off 3 tiktok packages to return. The employee said two were going to the same place, and they could put them in the same package. Which wasn’t a problem, until Tiktok said I didn’t return one of the items and I’m now out the item and the $50!!! Why would you do something to make your customer potentially lose their money?!?

  Went to this location on Jan 29th and payed 115$ for overnight shipping so my package would arrive by the 30th, package didn’t get delivered until the 2nd of February. Not entirely this locations fault because I believe it was due to a plane delay. But what is this locations fault is the fact that I’ve called everyday for a week trying to process a refund because I payed for overnight shipping and didn’t receive it; regardless of what the cause of the delay was. I’ve sat on hold for NUMEROUS HOURS. And still im yet to speak to anyone. UPS has told me the store is who needs to process my refund but they won’t answer the phone. Not to mention I live 2 hours from this location so I can’t just go in. I was in Enid for work which is the only reason I used this location.
