  Was going to spend over $400 but literally was there for 30 plus minutes and no one came to customer service, technology section, or checkout. This is the reason we all use Amazon. Tip - Fully staff your store if you don't want to be closing within 3 years.

  I wish I could leave a negative star review. Last week I went into this store and asked if they wrapped, packaged, and shipped extremely fragile packages. She said they do. I brought in my Grandmother's China to ship to my mother. I explained in detail how important this was to our family. She assured me they would re-wrap each piece in several layers of bubbles and fill any gaps. She said they were out of fragile tape so they will cover all sides of the box in big bold "FRAGILE " The package arrived to my mom today and our hearts are broken. Number one, the package was so poorly closed and sealed that it came apart, number two, there was one ballpoint pen writing of fragile on the top and nowhere else. And nothing was rewrapped or packaged properly. It was in the same condition that I gave it to them in bubble wrap that I used almost 10 years ago. I contacted the store. I spoke with the manager, and I even brought her in pictures and showed her never would she take any responsibility that it wasn't packaged properly. She just says my managers said that they wrote fragile on everything. Which obviously they did not. She goes we wouldn't have packaged it that way. I said, so you're telling me they opened the box took out all of your packaging and put my original packaging back in.She said, well, I guess that's what happened.I've been trying to contact corporate, or somebody else because a genuine apology and a little bit of accountability would have went a long, long way. But she couldn't even do that. It wasn't I right, I wasn't mad. I was sad and they won't even give me a contact information for their district manager. I will never do business with these people again. Christine should be ashamed of herself. This is the problem with the world. Nobody is accountable for their actions. Anymore, I tried to do the right thing by having something professionally wrapped and shipped, and this is what it got me.

  Worst store in enid. A simple amazon return is atleast a 20 min wait
