- AGAndrea GoehringJun 12, 20241.0Just moved into a house. And got out address Change (wouldn't do it in person had to online). Now they holding my mail and packag won't give it to us. Cuz our ID don't match cuz we JUST MOVED IN. And got our mail changed. Want us to change our ID but how am I suppose to if I don't get mail for proof of address! Also our mail box is by the door and they said they won't deliver our mail cuz the box is by the door! The people that lived there before was getting mail there and other house do too!

- JMJoe MacOct 12, 20231.0They will not deliver mail to my house and only my house but yet the person delivering mail walks up to everyone else’s house and puts their mail in the box on porch got video of the person hand delivering mail to the porches so ima just go ahead and submit a complaint on this pos place elk city is landfill 10/10 do not recommend staying here unless your family runs had the town lol
