- LMLucas MccainMar 6, 20265.0So let me start off by saying this, we were not prepared. Which is irritating to a worker that knows that I should be prepared. Sherry was stern, straight to the point, and professionally walked us through the passport process. 2 adults and one kid. Only thing I had ready was birth certificates, id's, and money. Sherry was patient and got the job done in a timely manner! Print off your passport application and fill it out prior to going to the appointment! Thank you Sherry!
- JAJordan AntrimAug 31, 20252.0Every single time I drop off a package with the exception of one outstanding employee I've had issues. Absolutely dread going here. If Whatnot allowed us to use ANYTHING else for shipping I'd do what was suggested and go somewhere else. They've lost packaged, refused to ship packages and returned packages because they "couldn't" scan them. I prefer using Yukon when possible just to avoid the clerks at our post office in town.
