  Absolutely terrible. Told me they can’t ship to a FedEx shipping location when I had all the information straight from the office. The girl said we could try ourselves at self service. We left. UPS was amazing and got my $500 in shipping costs

  I swore I would never use FedEx again. I did not choose to use FedEx this time. The shipper decided to use FedEx. And what a surprise… I’m upset again because FedEx unable to deliver to my address. Thousands of dollars of stuff never show up to this address. FedEx cannot complete the address because they cannot obviously understand English. Everybody else can deliver here. FedEx can’t. Not only can they not deliver here, they claim that there’s nobody here at this business. I have 50,000 people a year that comes to this tattoo shop.. They use Google and then get here no problem. All they have to do is type in Tattoo and Piercing shop near me and then will pop up. They have no problem finding the place. But you know what the driver say? The driver say that there’s no business here or the door is locked. That’s impossible… It’s a 24 seven tattoo shop. I have 29 cameras. Nobody came to that door today, but they were saying they did.

  I dread anytime I have to come to this place I usually will have a prepaid package and have to email it to them because for some reason it’s impossible to have QR codes. Normally I’ll send an email out and it takes like 3 mins or so on my end it always says sent but they work on fossil computers that don’t move. This time the lady seemed barley interested and helping me I walked in no greeting and when I acknowledged her she worked for another few seconds and then helped me then telling me the email didn’t come through then goes back to what she was doing. I was definitely frustrated a bit because I said I sent it again and she stood there working for another 2 minutes. Only for her to tell me she wasn’t ok processing my package that I wrapped myself in kraft paper and bubble wrap. So I decided to take my shipping label and leave. I don’t think I’ll be back I’d rather just deal with UPS or USPS much more efficient than dealing with anyone at this FedEx better yet I’ll just go to a Walgreens FedEx

  This place is a horrible Fed Ex office. They had 3 people working in the store and none greeted incoming customers and two sat in the back while me and several customers sat impatiently waiting while they visited and left gut alone . Will not come back and plan on contacting Fed Ex upper management about this issue

  I use this location 95% of the time for business, always easy! Today was a personal gun sales shipment. Again easy because I sold them to a FFA dealer so labels were pre-printed. Then came a box that needed to be built for an oblong case. That's when Tae stepped in and worked magic to get a box I brought to fit. She went above and beyond providing exemplary service and wasn't put out at all! She created a masterpiece and my shipment is on the way! Continue to hire more Tae's. Her name tag showed Member since 2025...she is already a seasoned professional. Nice work Tae!
